• Move Once Trade-in Program: Don’t worry about selling your home. Trade it in when you buy your Patio Home and let our award-winning Realtors sell it at the right time, so you move only once!
  
• 12-month rate lock: Our preferred lender lets you lock in the rate up to 12 months in advance. And if the mortgage rate is lower when you’re ready to close, you get the lower rate—with no extra fees attached.
  
• Cancellable Reservation: We want happy buyers, so you can reserve your new home for a week. If you change your mind, cancel the reservation with no penalties.
